Nope you don't.
Fluff was a genius to tell me about it. now I know my unknown mental illness and it's symptoms! And if you search it up online, there is currently no cure for it other than telling your self to calm down (which is barely affective at all).
Search up the definition on google and you'll see what I mean......

We studied this in school, it's a psychological mood that results to having a fear of being prosecuted real or not. We had to study it, worst semester ever :/
