Cannot connect over 3g

Hi folks. Have already been in contact with support and ive got to ring Vodafone my service provider as supposedly their blocking my access to spacetime studios server and that why i cannot connect over 3g.Have same issue with Space/Pocket legends.Any idea what i should say to Vodafone i.e name if the server their blocking me from????? Cheers

Use a proxy?

I dont really understand proxy mate.i can see a spot in my Network settings where i can put one in but how would i know which on to use?
