It would be nice if there is speed jewel , like if we put speed jewel in any gears , it should increase our speed by some percent

+1. This may solve the problem that new player facing these days. It is almost impossible for new players to catch up with speedsters in map. By introducing speed jewel, new player can at least slightly increase their speed before being able to farm some gold for speed set.

Yeah but wouldn't this make those with op 400+ms just more op? You don't need other stats than ms for ms gears anyways so full max ms jewels could be used and it will be the same as before - rich af players literally leaving behind others within maps. And no please no more gold loot, especially for jewels. We already are beaten by those who have 700+gl in terms of farming and why make the gap worse? And besides, more gold loot would equal more inflation and prices wouldn't be even reachable anymore, considering that at the current state of the game, those with high gl already almost exponentially earn more than those with lower gl. No point in haste jewels as max haste is limited to 70% I think which means you couldn't spam with no cd unlike before this was done which was due to the introduction of the op arcane procs with haste boosts. You could easily reach max haste with mage ulti and ebon armor proc or doz axe proc...

I would rather have the current useless jewels be reworked so that they actually help somehow instead of adding new useless jewels that won't make any difference in the current gameplay besides creating a bigger gap between geared and non-geared players

Even ms also needs a cap
When next season starts they should introduce ms cap.
At 400ms .
Its not easy to obtain 400ms as normal player anyway until you are planing for lb .
Caping ms at 400 will give many players chance to go for lb after playing for 6 months or 1 years and going through 2 awaken events it can be obtainable i think.
And also it will help them to introduce new speed jewels too cause it wont break game cause there is going to be a limit.

+1 for speed and haste jewels aslong as they are balanced. Haste is extremly nice if you run solo. I recognized that during goblin event when I haven't had the chance to join a party sometimes. Speed cap would make some lbs available for a wider playerbase but seems unfair for those who invested a lot into their speed gear.

Yes bro but there are some places where sts need to put cap like they recently added a cap to damage reduction.
And yes it will be unfair to many lb runners but i think its pretty much fair to cap at 400-500 ms cause i think most of the sets they have are like 450-500ms do only what they lose is 1-2 items by caping it at 400 ms.
I know it will hurt them but dont you think people who have 400-500ms speed sets also have like billions in there stash .
I dont think it will harm them as much it will profit much bigger player base.
