Not recieving plat from free offers

Ive not seen many free offers in DL so far, so the ones I do see, I make the most of them and do them straight away. However, lately I haven't been recieving any plat from these offers, and I really need a respec before I start pvping, since I've just hit lvl 20. Is it possible I could be refunded for the ones I did but never recieved plat?

Contact w3i,sts doesn't deal with offer problems...

You see an info symbol at the bottom right?
Tap on that, its customer support.

It does say in the TOS not to reveal your email and/or password. It might get edited out by a moderator anyway( just the picture :) )
