Two questions

First: What is the easiest way to grind from 20-21 ?

Second: Are there lvl21 item bundles or the platinum bundle cap is 20?

1. There is a guide in the player guide section that I used for getting to 21. The post is Mission Experience Data and look for the updated post by Snakespear. It gives you a list of missions to do every 2 hours and 5 minutes. I am on my cell phone, otherwise I would post a link. The missions use exactly 25 energy and supposedly provide the best exp for the cycle.

2. Any store purchases made when level 21 provides level 21 items. There are no dropped level 21 items.
