I know I do not run lb but this just isn't correct. A lot of my friends running for lb have spent lots of time preparing for this golden badge and so have many other players.
This badge is going to probably be one of the hardest to obtain since we have expansion soon and if expansion hits during this season then this badge will be one of the hardest challenges to obtain the badge since new aps will be introduced. People want a bright gold badge to obtain for the work instead of a shaded dark dull color dirty gold badge. Not many people will put a whole lot of effort towards this badge if it isn't changed back to its og color.
Take a look at all of the other badge colors then take a look at this badge color:
234545Golden badge. I do say change it back to og bright gold color.
Other badges. They are all a brighter more visible color.

I also don't understand why they have changed to such an ugly color, it was better that they had changed the banner color than the badge.

I dont think the color is the problem, they can make the color whatever they want the problem is that they changed it without notice

I understand that many are like crows and really like shiny bling bling things but maybe there is a consolation knowing the meaning of the laurel wreath!

History of the Laurel Wreath Symbol/Crown:
In Ancient Greece, laurel wreaths were awarded to the winners of athletic competitions in the Olympics.
In Greek mythology, crowns made from laurel leaves are closely associated with gods and goddesses. The Olympian God, Apollo, the son of Zeus, is depicted wearing the laurel wreath in various instances.
The wreath was used as a status symbol by the rich and influential people of the time. Laurel wreath crowns were first instituted by Apollo. It is said that Apollo unrelentingly pursued his love interest, Daphne, a nymph who didn’t feel the same way about Apollo and fled to save herself.
She sought help from the river god who turned her into a laurel tree. The grief-stricken Apollo used the branches and leaves from the tree for consolation, and made them into a crown.
In other accounts, it is said that Apollo instituted the Python Games, in which winners were awarded a laurel crown. Victors were awarded ‘laurel’ wreaths, hence giving way to terms such as Nobel laureate and poet laureate.
Another myth says that Apollo killed the dragon, Python, and assumed its power over the oracle. And this is how the laurel wreath became associated with victory and power.
A cursory look at history will reveal that laurel crowns were printed on currency, for instance, Charlemagne’s head which is adorned with a laurel crown on coins. Van Dyck painted a portrait of Charles V on Horseback, which depicts him wearing the laurel crown. Even Napoleon, a popular emperor, is often shown in paintings wearing a laurel wreath.
And Ceasar was wearing a laurel wreath ofc!!

Wreath is special but its going to be hard to visibly see when people wear that badge with a dull colored wreath.

I know, i know, but just trying to give some consolation here!! :D

Doesn’t make sense to make a second thread saying the same thing as the first one that is still open & on the first page

You always go against anything I post, you defend people who trash talk my threads that get banned, you spread lies, you are always biased towards people. Go be toxic somewhere else.

That’s a lot of accusations I disagree with, but let’s be professional here and stick to my point.
There was no need to make a second thread saying the same thing, that’s defined as BOTH spam, and cross posting in the tos.
Being presented with a fact isn’t “toxic”
Show me one lie I spread. You can’t.

No point in drama.
Just know I am not blind.
