Right now I'm at level 33 and I want better cooler armour so I want to improve my strength but I want to continue to add skill points to my Intelligence so I can have better weapons since its my highest stat. Should i improve my INT to 170 then work the res of my skill points (up until level 66) into strength? I will have at least 120 STR, is that good?

You shouldn't add any strength unless you're using strength armor and weapons for your level. At 33, you need 94 strength for iceberg (best str Mage gear 30-40; plate and longsword). If you're going to do another stat, just add points to dex. Being an int Mage with points in strength weakens you.
If you want me to add to this or answer other questions, feel free to PM me. :)

Are you planning on going all the way to 65, or stopping at a twink level? At earlier levels, strength armor is much stronger then int armor, but for reason at 65 the int armor becomes quite equitable, and benefits of the int set are unbeatable for a mage. Unless you plan on respeccing, I would suggest going full int all the way to 65.
