New achievements nice!!, can we expect to have some kind of event with boosted chances of finding the phantom five just like there is for the elusive four and the evasive six?
Do we keep track of what enemies we have yet to find talking to the npc in travelers outpost as well?
Having such event in rotation every 1-2 months would come I handy.

This is all good, of course, but why did you delete the old achievements earlier (I'm talking about the 2013 events)? And add already the achievements of "pastime in the game", at least there will be an incentive to continue playing this game ...235107

The Phantom Five can be found in zones from the last 3 expansions.
Lichly Consternation you should be able to figure it out from the descriptions in the achievement and crafted Consecration Totems (Requires Luminous Templar or Dark Apostle). This one requires 4 people to do.
