Ok so Dracknor said he is aware of the stuff that is happening (players lying to support they 'lost' their crown or nuri's shield and now remembered about so they get it for free even though they did not earn it)

Devs i beg you, for the sake of Alterra deny this kind of requests. It's common sense that no one lost or liquidated anything and now suddenly remember it after word has gone around about this trick.

How can people get these elite vanities if they didnt spend a min grinding for it? I'm not even talking about Imkelly's founder's that she merged (from someone's account) during mt fang(and pls don't bs and say u always had it u will just lie to yourself)

Any endgame ctf/pvp players out here? We all know Iswoosh right? and we all know that he has never had COP or NURI's SHIELD. He is 66 and only has armor. He has been ctfing for the entire duration of mt fang and he never had anything. And u know it people.

Well today he changed his name to Klassick and now he has a Crown of Persistance.

Why do i flash his name? Returning the favour for paying me such disrespect.

He was always on my list. But today he was in ctf on Klassick and was being rude (he deleted me too).

Then by accident he said something and my friend said "lol swoosh"

So i said hey swoosh wth man why did u delete me.

Then i said "man u've fallen low, u never earned that crown"

all he said was "oh really?" < how dumb is this?

F me this is getting on my nerves. I spent a lot of time getting these vanities and these noobs just get it like that? for free?

That ain't flying for me.

Support can u pls have common sense and deny these dumb requests. AND BAN THOSE WHO DID THIS.



P.S Rinzler and Delphina pls dont lock this. This is a discussion and it is a real problem. Just because it is a bit rude(that's what u sensitive people think) doesnt mean it should be locked as an excuse of violating tos. This is a real problem.

Blind: I understand where you're coming from, but sometime you just have to realize that you're fighting a losing battle...

Given that dracknor and samhayne both insist that STS' customer support cannot possibly fail in such an epic fashion, I doubt anything that you say will make any difference. What's there to fix if STS won't even admit that this problem exists?

No good ever comes from calling out individuals on the forums. Instead of making threads that are bound to get locked, I'd suggest just PM'ing support with all details and let them handle it from there.

Can't they just go into purchase history of every account (like they did for that 1-66 bug) and ban people and remove the item that wasn't received. No one deletes cap vanities lol.

Why do u guys keep rambling on about this in forums? There are like 4 threads about this already plus devs have it under control. :)

We do handle each support request on a case-by-case basis. This is another non-productive thread.
