sometime i wait over 20min..but no one or 1 classess join...is this suppose to be in like that??or did it have time limit or it can be forever for someone to join the event? or is this bug that sometime it took tooo long to wait?

Not a bug, just people prefer to form a party because when joining randoms there are people who die easily or leave right after starting the waves. People want fast runs so they form parties.
