Cause you have 22k AP and all you need is 5k...unless I'm mistaken.

U need all achievements in the set to acquire the title.. My alt Gospel has them except one and does not have the title. With 17k AP..

Maybe you just needed 900 affluence points, not the whole 1000. After all, the description says "gross affluence" and not ultimate or maximum etc.

Well 1000 is just the max for that category. He's supposed to get every achievement to unlock the title, so the amount he'd need to unlock the title wouldn't even be 1000/1000 because unlocking the title gives AP.
