I need a dev to help me out. I purchased plat but I couldn't cause I wasn't supposedly signed into my Google wallet acc. I signed in and tried again but the same thing happened. I bought plat thru the site and I got plat but my other purchases failed. Here's where I need help. It said my purchases failed but the money for the plat was taken out. I need a refund and don't know how to request one or who to talk to. If u can't refund me my money at least give me the plat I purchased plz
