Dex bird
Dex mage

Depends what you mean by "best". Paladins (Str mages) are nice because they are very rugged and can unleash mayhem, but Dex mages are probably the most powerful (though significantly less rugged). Its tough to compare archer birds to the mages unless you can clarify what you mean by best (though in general I would put the bird last, but I'm prejudiced :P ).
So dex mage owns noobs in my language

They are all fail compared to dex bear. The dex bear has too many subtle advantages that weren't taken into account when the game was designed.

you are joking right... paladins are considered the best race in pvp.

IMO its between paladin and dex mage. i had a pally and got bored with it so i switched to dex mage. its fun but i found myself getting slaughtered in pvp. i would prefer paladins. (pure bears tho are great, never used one before tho)
