In pvp, if a suicide happens mid battle, the kill should go to the last person who damaged the individual.

No. This would ruin the whole window system and the reason to suicide. I sometimes find myself killed by zombies. The last player would get the kill cause i could not reach a heart because of a zombie????
Lets stick to this system. When you get to know it, it has many tricks ans functionalities
