new toon to choose

Just getting back in pl this last month an I remeber that there was suppose to be a new toon to choose from. The in game npc was on the far right that gave the hint about the new toon. This was about a year ago. Anyone else remeber this or is it just me?

it wasnt a hint of a new character, it was just a human. he is still there, i forget his name, but a lot of people were talking about a relation between him and humania a few months ago
