Bug is that any bow attacks doesn't getting increased speed as other weapons, for example with mage's ultimate (65% haste) it supposed to have more than x2 increased atk speed, it works for every weapon except bows, real attack speed of bow getting increased maybe for 20% which doesn't make any sense.
Just my thought about this (I can be wrong): rogue has long animation of bow attack (after player pressed attack and before arrow fly), and I guess this animation isn't affected by %haste
Fix this pls or change bow mechanics (remove that long animation before arrow fly, make it work as guns)... just put mage with gun and rogue with bow near (bows and guns have same atk speed without haste), use mage's energize and spam attacks by both classes fast as possible, you will see difference...
