There isn't an "official" INT mage guide.. Why are you looking for one? for PvP? Pve?
About the ring, it's Acrobat's Fine Platinum Band, 10 damager, 2% dodge which is good :)

For the ring- In the ring section of the store but I prefer the 10dmg and 2% Crit better
