Extremely OP Root Bug

Since i am mainly a L61 str bear, this "bug" someone told me is a total game changer.

It is a bug that makes root hit 100% of the time (extremely useful in birdVbear fights). Now if this is intentional, it should be taken out... No other class has a advantage like it.

Which dev do i tell about this?...

If the birds that alwqys roots me 100 pct of the time.. are die to bug.... Oh man its no wonder my bear always get root 100 pct of time by the same bird -_______-

I think any dev is fine, they would probably all pass it along to the right person. Or you can contact Support.
