When do people get Acrobat's Fine Platinum Band?

Acrobat's Fine Platinum Band, 10 damager, 2% dodge

also known as max dmg ring. I want to know when I should get it if you are a pure int enchantress.

Im thinking of just getting 67 dex for it but im not sure if i do it now or later.

Just so you know... 67 dex + 10 dmg does less (skill) dmg than pure int + 4 dmg ring.

At lower level, 67 dex was useful, for the added hit% mainly. But at 65/66, in my personal opinion, hit% isn't a problem anymore :)
