As some of you may know, I am an amateur DJ and producer in love with electronic dance music. Trance, Hardstyle, Electro, Electro House, Progressive House, Dubstep, Drumstep...you name a genre, and I'll have my favorite tunes in it. I've been using my facebook wall as a music blog because I'm lazy and don't want to pay the web fees for an official blog...and my friends have basically told me to stop flooding their minifeeds .

My producer name is Arby Flash. Arby stem from my initials R and B. Say those 2 letters outloud...sounds like Arby. Flash refers to a lot of things, but I'll just say that it's my trademark for a few products.

With that said, I will now flood your 'minifeed.' Every day I will be uploading a video from youtube of one of my favorite tunes. Some of them might be old, some of them might be brand new that day. Really depends on how I'm feeling. My hope is that I can get some people to appreciate the EDM scene, and maybe get some new beatheads/househeads out there. I don't really know how this blog thing works on here, but I'd appreciate it if you didn't directly post videos to the blog itself (not even sure if you can). If you have a song you'd like for me to hear, please either PM it to me, or post it in this thread if you really believe I'd like it based on my other posts. I don't consider this hypocritical (me posting my songs but telling you not to) because this is my thread and I'm trying to stick to a specific genre of music.


I will be using this thread to list all of the songs I've posted with links to the blog page so you guys can easily jump around because after a while, it's going to get pretty full :D.


I hope some of you fall in love with this music, the people involved in it, and the atmosphere just like I did. It truly is a one of a kind scene.

Day 5 uploaded....special video for you guys today. Today's video is actually not a song. Instead, this is the newly released Electric Daisy Carnival: Las Vegas trailer. The video came out this morning, and the actual festival is June 8-10 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. 300,000+ people will be in attendance for one of the biggest and best electronic music festivals in the world.

I was lucky enough to attend EDC: New York, and while it was one of the best 3 days of my life, it is nothing in comparison. Not going to go in to it much more, just sit back, take a look into my nightlife, and enjoy the video.

Saw Benny with Alesso on New Years day in NYC. Was technically a "DayGlow" but it was 10,000 people and it went on for like 8 hours. However, I'm going in to a serious depression this weekend because I'm missing EDC LV, I'm just hoping this mini-fest at least keeps me going. I almost considered going alone.

I'm a bit worried about traffic tomorrow morning due to the Belmont Stakes. Got stuck at the George Washington bridge for 4 hours a few weeks ago. Turned a 2.5 hour trip into a 4 hour nightmare...hoping this doesn't happen again.

EDM stands for Electronic Dance Music. So although I do really like post hardcore/metal/hard rock and stuff like that, this blog will only be different kinds of EDM.

Back on a normal schedule now for song updates. This week will be heavy with electro...starting tomorrow lol :p

Here's some extra footage...at the Hardwell/Benny Benassi/Bingo Players/DallasK show I was at Saturday, I brought an extra one of my Spaceman shirts I was making (Thread was in Off Topic a week ago or so, I let it disappear off the first page). Well long story short, me and the girl I was with pushed to the 3rd row and I got on the shoulders of some giant of a man, and got Hardwell's attention. When we made eye contact I waved my shirt at him and gestured a throwing motion. He tried to grab it but between the bouncing of the crowd and that I wasn't balanced very well on the guys shoulders, it fell on the ground next to him. So as you can see in the video, one of the photographers grabbed the shirt for him...gave it to him...and he held it up for the crowd :D. Was pretty cool that I was able to get it to him at the show. Here's the video I found of him holding it. It doesn't show me throwing it...but put the video in 720p or 1080p at full screen and you can 100% tell it's my shirt! Happens within the first 20 seconds.

Makes sense since I like EDM so much...guess I just have a thing for instrumental pieces.

I'm going to try to upload stuff based on what the people who actually listen to the songs like the most...I realize not many people like this kind of music (or any music at all really...mainstream radio isn't music I'm afraid) so I gotta keep my few fans happy :p

Well most of it I wouldn't just sit down and listen to, cause I'm not thattt huge of a fan of the,
build up/trance beat/ build up/ trance beat stuff unless I'm in that kind of environment, or on drugs xD
I really like the Ladi Dadi one though and I'd say that's my favorite :D

And I love Tommy Trash Remixes. His original songs are awesome too, but he makes some of the best remixes out there. Check out this remix track of his that just came out not too long ago, it's a remix of Deadmau5's song The Veldt. If you liked Ladi Dadi you should like this one.

Songs updated....todays tune is one of my personal favorites from my favorite progressive house producer....Alesso (and Dirty South :D)!
I'm thinking about doing an entire week dedicated to Alesso...his music has really changed my life...which is so weird to say because he's only 20 years old.

If you like any of the songs I've previously posted, listen to this one. If you're new to the genre...this is a great tune to break you in easy. Throw on some good headphones and enjoy! It's a live rip so it's not perfect quality and has 2-3 little errors, but a good headset and 720p quality is still awesome!

If you guy's haven't noticed, I am not updating this blog anymore. Not enough attention, views, or comments for me to waste my time. I also don't have much time to post and write up descriptions any more. I hope I got a few people at least interested in EDM...but there's just so much more to touch upon on such a huge genre.

For anyone interested in more tunes in certain sub-genres, feel free to PM me. I log on multiple times a day to see if I have any PMs or comments on the blog, but now I'll just check PMs. Let me know what you liked and I'll try to find you some similar stuff from artists I'm familiar with.
