Ebin Aegis Lv 81

Hello fellow Arlorians,
i was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny (preferably a dev :3) something regarding the Ebon Aegis proc's dmg refl.
The way i always understood its lv nerf was
10%per lv, which made me think, at its current stage it should be 2000%/lv71 -50% due to 5lv to 76, that whould be 1950% dmg refl. at its current stage, which whould result in 1900% at lv 81.
Now a friend told me that ebon aegis will have 0%dmg red at lv 81 due to its nerf taking 50% of 2000% which makes it 1000% in its current endgame stage lv 76.
So to get to my question: which way does the ebon aegis proc nerf work?

> Example a) & b) for lv 76 <
a) 2000% - 50% = 1950%
or
b) 50% of 2000% = 1000%

> Example a) & b) for lv 81 <
a) 2000% - 100% = 1900%
or
b) 100% of 2000% = 0%

Please let me know in the commemts below which of the procs nerf is correct a) or b)

It'll be 0% reflect at 81..pretty much only useful for the x2 hp.

Why not?.. Glint aeges and terror blade still actual, and dnt go down in price. But this stuffs 46 and 66 lvl. Ebon aeges 7lvl and with 81lvl upcoming, this stuff been useless? Cool.

Tbf ebon aegis is broken to an extent. 2000% reflect is busted ..so it has to go down overtime or just straight up nerfed..better option is the first and they did it so..no complaints.

no worry..lvl 46 glint aegis n lvl 66 tb are still op(proc) than lvl 81 weap...i doubt they will nerf ebon aegis like that...or mybe 1 week of nerf like that n then they will say its a bug n revert back to normal...oppsss...i manage to catch the script xD

Thx alot for all the replies, i myself targeted this thread towards my hc tank, whos only weapon is the ebon aegis, i was lucky enough to loot it from spirit crates, on the 1st day ive created my hc tank, but many others spend 1500 crate token to buy this weapon, which whould have been very upsetting for many if the weapon whould have been made completly useless.
So regarding the ss of futumsh, that whould mean lv 81zones/lv81 based events, the ebon aegis wont have any effect, but it stays its way up till valley.

I would hope they choose to find a way to keep ebon aegis useful or even bring a new type of damage reflect / hp buff for warrior because as going into detail of a (tank) class that ebon aegis was one of the closes to tank type weapons there is that make legitimate sense to have for a warrior.

Yeah gotta agree on that. Tanks not only have to have crowd control utility, support, and taunt, but also actual tankiness and the ebon aeg brings so much to the table in this regard. Without ebon aeg, I doubt anyone would be able to go 100+ waves in evg or temple events. Too bad if it is indeed going to happen that ebon aeg would be just useful for any awakes you have on it for new 81 maps and not it's strong proc.

But zone level is still lv76 - Futumsh. Although ebon reflection in maus/temple events act weirdly generally.

Yes, swamp temple mobs were obviously not lv76 as seen from the level color indicator beside their health bars - i'm just pointing out that the reflection (from my experience) is reflecting way more than 500%, or atleast my extent of knowledge about these weapons (or prolly just a bug) - since sts loves to not fully explain these stuff in detail.

The temple event's zone is meant for endgame players even though technically the mobs are not scaled to cap, meaning that the zone is meant primarily for lvl 76 players so the reflect scales.
