Try Royal Sewer Plate/Helm + Drainers or Raid Recurve for an offensive setup. Autobows if you are good at kiting.
Royal Plate/Helm + Fury Sword/Shield for tanking.

i use fort but it really depends on your play style, do you like to dodge or have high armour, h/s, and dmg
custom is better than raid, but neither works especially well for a bear unless you use a bow + dodge armour

Fort actually trumps the fury/royal mix! The h/s and armor allow you to tank just about anything a Mage has for u.

Depends on who your fighting.
Fort can kite better, deals more damage, and will run out of mana in a LONG fight.
Royal and Fury you'll have plenty of Lana and more dodge.
Your playing style.

personally i would go 56 and have this gear. royal sewer plate, fury helm, strongman club (not glyph mace. around 100-300k i think), fury shield. the club can get ur DPS around 300 and damage around 227 (highest damage) overall this gear set up gives... high dmg, high dodge, high mana regen (for a bear), high health regen. instead of fury helm u can use fort helm

good :) test it out :) also try raid roach or custom helm (for the hit and crit chance)
