Which one is better,
Lv71 arc belt or lv76 arc belt?

Why short-time speed and damage reduction buff are better ? And what is the function for running deep marsh and evg
Or,
Why infinity dex gain is better for deep marsh and evg?

Which one is more useful?

It is preferable to have both. Good stat on 76(equipped during killing boss on evg/dm) and any stat on 71(equipped during clearing mobs on evg)

76. 71 is for swamp temple and evg lb runs.

Yep. Still pretty helpful on evg tho even in normal runs.
