All the maps except the one with Onyx will have a chance to drops int shields or wands. The first few maps (before the Earthquake boss map) drop them the most often.

Lvl25 crystal wand and shield is too much?? I thought they were like 8k each o.O

Hey there, try the 1st or the 3rd levels in sandstone cave, they drop crystalline and those are good wand/bracers

Dreamers Crystalline wand and doll --> 3rd Sandstone cave map
Earthquake wand and shield -> 4th Sand stone cave map

they both drops in SAndstone caves, a campain that u can buy for 10 or 20 plat can't remember :)

They aworth about 20k eacg, except the earthquake shield, worths 60-80k :) Cya !
