Crate Token Vendor (Lv76)

hello, i was wondering if u will add a Crate Token Vendor to Valley Town with the Arcane lv 76 items, just like u did with lv71 Arcanes in Festerfang Outpost, Vambot.
Whould rly help many hardcores with the expansion and also very helpfull in general, hope u concider adding it with release of the lv 81 expansion. :3

Yep this would be good to add at 86-91 caps so that not a lot of players get hold of really op gear without much effort.
