Try a vpn. X-vpn / proxy master. Just don't do offers while on a vpn.

It changes your devices ip address etc when connected to a wifi. This can allow you to access blocked sites that are on that wifi and it also hides your device from public wifis so no one can hack into your device.
Your case AL might be blocked on the wifi so just use a vpn and try to connect.

Vpn can both encrypt your data or create a direct gateway depending on the location of your choice
Encrypiton doesnt really help your case, but the direct gateway will.
Because the way internet work, the data has to jump multiple times to get from server to client (sometimes 10+)
having vpn means only 3 step required
This is why choosing the correct destination is important, as sts server is located in us (i think)
if you are far away, then connecting to us vpn will make your game faster

just dont do plat offer while vpn is on...it could consider as plat exploit/farming n being banned if i m not mistaken
