Lev HP scales on map difficulty/level. Normal and elite. And the lvl of the map, too.

I got a toon lvl 49 when Kevlar was in underhull I couldnt find a pty at all. Only one player in 20mins.another mage. We found him and was imposible to kill. Escaped :(
