Try using Paint adding pics and creating your name in Wordart then cropping it on.

Your first start would be this website. It allows you to create a signature for free to be used on any forums. It also includes different customisation options, from text and font to effects. It also includes a "Graffiti" font which you said you wanted.

There is a free trial that you can download if you have an Adobe Account. If you go to their website and click on Photoshop trial you can download the client and it can be used for like 30 days or so depending on how long you want to use it for.

My dad bought a bamboo tablet for drawing and stuff and it came with adobe photoshop elements 8
