I sure haven't, because revenge is petty, and a 5 platinum cost keeps me away xD
I don't think I've died since it came out!XD

A good faint small orb appears and as time passes the orb gets bigger and bigger then it fades away.... Looks cool O.o

I used it once at Count Vlod. Kept getting revived, then one hit killed.

I would use it if I had unlimited plat. Kind of expensive for 15 seconds... Oh well! Invincibility has a hefty price!

I witnessed it in Fang when someone died by a vamp. The whole team what alive and me being a Mage was about to rev him and he/she used it.
IT was like 2 or one ring orbited him in a spinning way. Like one going up and down and sideways. I don't remember clearly tho it was so long ago!
