Are you able to advance if you log out and log back in?

This could be similar to an issue we are seeing where a black screen displays when entering the first dungeon and when entering the new town.

Oh, now i can log in

got stucked at dog screen when tried enter 3rd map, tried relogin immideately, it didnt help, atm trying wait 120sec and will try enter again
(when tried enter 1st and 2nd map - got black screen)
