It is a shield that has PL engraved on it...It is given to members of the community that win a contest or help the community in a great way.

Only ViolentSaint has one. The second person to get one will probably be Awsmgoat becuz his helm is osm and he will win 1st place

Incorrect. 4 people have it. Violentsaint, haroldiv/rallonzek(renamed his character, used to be notalady), sandcrabkilla, and a lot of people are telling me Tullen666 has one, I am fairly certain he does from the contest he won to design your own weapon. (he designed the khopesh of Anubis)

Previous contests. There was a review wrinting contest (where 2 shields were given out), and there was also a previous art contest. Try searching the forums, it's all there ;)

Yes and there is soon to be another PL shield holder! I'm so excited to see who wins the contest! :)
