I wonder why hardcore chars that already existed before expansion started received advancement packs, and those hardcore chars who made their accounts after the event started didn't recieved any.

Hi devs

All items received from exp packs were removed suddenly while we were running maps
Without any alerts in hc mood
I am sure that for sure caused multi insta deaths fortunately i wasnt one of these deaths

Please can you be more careful in future hc is already mood of mines specially for normal players that doesnt use plat
Also clear for us if you will back these items or you will remove forever or modify we are lost there atm

You were not supposed to be given those items, and they have been removed. While they have have been removed while zoning, they were not removed in the middle of maps.
