Well I tested it in pvp at 81 and it is an absolutely useless weapon now. No reflect and no damage. They finally killed it :) that takes away half the wars weapon of choice in pvp at 81. I'm not sad to see it go since I only used it when my teams power level was way lower then the opponent but wanted to warn the other wars before they find out the hard way.
