Weapon Balance Ideea (best)

I have seen many players complaining about the new balance update so I came up with this miraculous proposal to balance all 3 classes.
Let us use 2 proc ONLY the weapons have same lvl.
For exemple:
ebon staff + ebon gun / ebon bow + ebon daggs / ebon sword + ebon aegis.
skratch staff + skratch gun / skull aegis + skull axe / duggar daggs + duggar bow.
and other wep (lvl66) but i think nobody use that, except terror blade (for warrior)
I think that's the best solution for solving this drama.

Sounds good until you test the weapons your self and realize they all suck in maps damage wise other than the 76 primary weapon.
