Vanity armor dont glow

Hello,
I'm a happy elf, and I hit level 66 yesterday. So I went at the prince to get my vanity gift and he gaveme a red robe.
I notice today that my robe is the only one that hasnt the red glowing. Am I missing something? Please help red glow is cool and red is my favorite color:) . And I am the only elf without it :(

The red glow is from the crafted lilith set bonus, the elite robe only gives sparkles with the other elite vanities. Sorry bud :/

Hmm so I must spend money to craft the hood :) thanks for your answer man. Problem solved case closed :D
