Ekenta's blood

Hello,

i wonder what's inside of Ekenta's body, if not blood, hah. Bleed is not working vs Ekenta making warrior's attacking skills weak. Is this intended because of reflection?

Fireball DoT doesnt work too, skratch gun DoT too.
