1 hour behind. And yes I did pick the right timezone.

It doesn't matter if you picked the right time zone for some reason.
Forum time is set to the time zone STS is located in,
I'm Pacific so my forum times show up two hours ahead.

Mine is showing right, and I set it to east coast. Also have it adjust for DST, yeah.

Mine's showing correctly. A few minutes off but that doesn't bug me. Pacific here.

Example. This post says it was posted at 3:13, while my time is 3:16. No biggie.

Working fine here on my end. Maybe doublecheck your own machine time settings and your forum account time zone settings.

Are you in Arizona? Because Arizona does not recognize daylight savings time, so that could be the issue. Take a look around, and if you see a cactus or perhaps the Grand Canyon, then you might be in Arizona.

I am not in Arizona. Nowhere near. Forum time is set to central. And I'm sure my times are correct. Also I'm sure I have the right timezone.
