Heroic Thariel is also available, and I have seen a party member loot normal thariel Infront of me

Seems to me like it's "Heroic" samson not "arcanite" LoL
Check the announcement section, it didn't mention Arcanite samson and I highly doubt store pet will be included in lootable:

Doesn't seem like a wise move to share something you aren't sure of.
If proud hasn't asked that ques, people would have understood from your statement of "as far as I know Arcanite samson is available for drop" as if it were actually true.
P. S. No hate here, I just dislike misleading info or people who spread news before verifying it themselves.

From announcement info it is suppose to drop only heroic, arcanite was sold in store for a limited time,
but maybe STS have change their mind?!
