Honestly not sure first time seeing that too, I only used the 2x elix once
and also saw my friend use the 3x one which results in no noticeable visual
effect, so that must be from tame elix, if any

237870This wisp is a drop from Rahabkor and no, fish oils don't have any visuals. You just get their corresponding buff icon. When you use tame elixir, you get a 'damage' icon, if octosyn, you get an 'XP' icon.

Design so cool. Lucky you looted before Rahabkor get buff, next rahabkor maybe the hardest among 3, idk if I can farm him for this aura
