Can anyone confirm that the new mythic ring drops off mini bosses? Or is it only from Jarl?

Idk..theres rumour saying that mythic item drop from normal mobs in event map.

Arti can be found in the black boxes across the map, also looted.
Jarl drops only what it dropped last year.
