It's those free do surveys/offers for virtual currency offer sites.

There are a few online and a few on iPods.
I only trust the ones online.
I've been using one for my virtual currencies, and it does work nicely.
I'm not going to post the link publicly, but if you want, I can PM it to you.

In the end, it's always the best idea to just buy iTunes Credits using real cash.
