str/int bear?

I havnt heard or seen much talk on these dual specs n i feel like tweakin around with my bear so anyone have any advice such as just dont bother please lemme know before i switch all my stats around

There is one problem with bears lacking dexterity... Absolutely no hit %! Something to overcome. I enjoy full dex in levels 1-35 but then switch over to enough str for the str set with the rest in dexterity!

I got my base stats 160 str n 168 dex maybe try a triple spec?

Str/Int really only works at level 50, since cosmos offers great hit%. At all levels, from my experience, int/dex is far superior, as it offers much better hit with that build.

I was rhinkin tryin dex/int my bear is equipped with crafted sang dag n shield does good in pve not so well pvp someone told me go crafted orlock but i love my 490 dps..edit..on triple spec has anyone tryed that? Say summin like if u want dex more go 75/75 on str n int or some kinda

Well if youre using dagger u might want str/dex
Not much point for int bears unless you use int gear

Just to reiterate what everyone else said above:

1. All bears need at least some dex, or your hit sucks and when your hit sucks, you will feel useless.
2. Don't go int unless you want to equip int gear, and only just enough to equip the gear you want to wear (crafted Lilith Wand set is pretty nice)
3. Int bears are great for skilled pve players, but you'll most likely get owned in pvp
4. If you want to rock crafted sang, i recommend 150 str (incase u ever want to wear str gear at this level) and the rest in dex (like 178-ish i think?)

Yea i went to voodoo bear with a splash in strength(20) n the only bad thing now is my armor but the int gear is.fixin that i tryed pvp a couple dont know much how he fares in there seein as i kept gettin tag teamed ill prolly get the.crafted sang n lilith sets soon thanx for everyones input...the switch from str to int increased my dodge, h/s, m/s, n got dps up to 511 so on tough enimies prolly round 200+

All my toons in PL are now dual spec :p

Pally (Int/Str)
Smart Bird (Int/Dex)
Rugby (Str/Dex)

Intelligence seems to increase my mana a good amount but I'm still wondering how I should build my pally. So far my bear and bird are doing great.

btw hit% wont be as low as a pure str bear, but unless you throw some dex in there, your hit% wont be fantastic

U didnt mention gear for voodoo bear im 50/50 on my gear armor is sang n helm is chiro cowl n wep i switch between dagger n chiro wand idt just dark bolt blasters do the.terror cause i was.farmin with a bird n i was usin chiro wand n it set.of terror :O unless the.bird did.it.with his/her green ice.sword wich i doubt.lol anyways looks like im amomg the ranks of the few.voodoo bears now

I killed crafted birds and some crafted mages with my intbear using Chiroptera Fang gear o.o

Im pretty sure that you cant cast terror with a chiro wand D: (STS give us back our proc!), but int bears can still be pretty awesome endgame :). You can still use a Nuri blast staff or use a wand and tank for your team.

Hmmm i wonder were that terror came from then causenit.was.just me n a bird must of been the game god mages loli also know in plat store some.the weps( witch are not.very good compared.to in game weps u dont need plat for) have procs like.fire or.that terror maybe just like.dual wielding ...its.a work in progress

Terror can be casted by a bird's scream followed by a bear scream. Thats where you got your proc.

nightmare proc+hell scream=terror
avian scream+hell scream=terror

night+hell=terror
and 80% sure that
avian+hell=terror
(it might be shat, but I have a hunch that its avian)
