I'm a little confused with what you're saying, but if you're asking if Humania is out tomorrow, it is most likely not. However, STS is unsure when it may come out because of Apple's approval.

I, being me think that the new cap, and achievements of course, will be this week. This week is the week that Sam estimated the release will be, so we might be getting the cap this week!

As said above, it is up to apple if they approve the update or not. The update is a big one, so it might be taking Apple a while to go through all the new features.
