Just to start this thread out... My dps with all self buffs is 553... without buffs is 397.
My class is a bear. Tell me what your class is, dps with self buffs, and dps without self buffs. Have fun!

This is fun and all, but unfortunately DPS is not a real measure of how much damage you are doing because it does not factor boss armor into the DPS stat.

All you have to do is equip a super fast dagger and you are going to have staggering DPS numbers, but in reality not do all that much damage.

Actually, I remember seeing in a post that the highest DPS you could get was actually equipping like a level 45 or 50 dagger. The DPS number that showed would be even higher than if you equiped a crafted sang dagger. Clearly a level 45 or 50 dagger would not be able to out damage a level 65 dagger, so unfortunately this DPS number means nothing.

Yea stats lie without buffs my dps 511 and with buffs 661 but i know im not.doin that much damage per hit

Dps means damage per second. Not damage per hit.

Every weapon has a different speed. Daggers hit multiple times per second.

You need to jump a river, 10 yards wide
, in one minute. What will you do?

Situation A
1- jump one time, take your time, 12 yards, feet dry
2- jump two times, rush, 6 yards, *splash* double wet

In this example the 'dps' is in both cases 12, but with different results.

1- jump one time, take your time, 12 yards, feet dry
2- jump two times, rush, 9 yards, *splash* double wet

Dps1: 12
Dps2: 18

Still differrent results, because you won't make the jump even with the higher 'dps'.

Just because your dps is 600 doesnt mean you insta kill with one second of auto, you have to factor in what type of weapon it is, how much armor or dodge your opponent has, how much crit or hit you have.

i know it isnt insta kill hence y i said stats lie and i have dagger hence reason i said every hit cause as mike said daggers hit fast if my dps was really that high id have no problem with enimes but as everyone has pointed out it dosnt factor enimes armor

Good thing about sang dagger set is added dodge and crit as well as armor of course, works alright in ctf, but isn't as versatile as xbow or bow. The auto attack itself and the dps that comes with it is almost useless.

I've always wanted to use daggers but like me with sniper rifles in COD, I'm not good with them :P DPS is around 327 i believe

Unbuffed with ring. Sang bow definitely kills faster.... I still use dagger more for the extra armor, and bring out the bow when needed....

The HIGHEST DPS in--game is 756 .
It includes : Rock Bear face + the (+28 DPS ring) + Crafted Sanguine daggerset + bear buff + mage buff [without buffs it got "only" 603 dps .

IÄm not sure if the COP set/founder helmet give some extra points , correct me if im wrong.
