I decided to do all of my quest and im stuck at 12/13 quest. Where is the last one???

You have to talk to the bird near the cage in Ursan Weald (Sorry I frogot the name) and he'll direct you to Rolfe at Balefort Castle. You have to be lvl 15 I think.
That will get your last quest completed.

If you've completed all the forest haven quests, there should be a notification in your bottom left-hand corner that allows you to go to the location of the next quest you must take. Once you get there, there should be an orange quest guide arrow. Unless you've toggled with your settings like a pro.
