The lich only shows dark shield and it wont turn to light, my team has lost 2 dark totem ( 1 each ) for lich aps. Please fix this and if possible can also return my friends (ign- Mafiacz and Biggpemp) dark totem ty

We run pt 2 dark exalted 2 light exalted ( its a must ) for the lich aps. And yes it is random for lich to turn dark or light, but it seems lich stay on dark all the time and never turn to light

Sorry, but it seems like it works fine to me. It even guarantees you'll get a shield color that's still needed when doing the achiev.

We ran 17 toons within our guild just in the past couple of days, and many more in the past, and we have encountered this issue twice.

We understand that the switch is at random, and we are no novices to running this achievement. But the same shield color appearing 3 times in a row might be something STS can look into, specially that the Achievement requires a considerable amount to run.

1.5m/person (and this is a prudent estimate given the inflated cost of Balanced Bars at the auction lately), may not be too bad from a single individual's perspective. But from the stance of someone who manages and supports an entire guild, organizing runs can get very expensive and does dampen the morale.

I'm not seeking a refund, nor am i requesting to alternate the colors of the shield. But perhaps the frequency of the switch can be adjusted while maintaining it's randomness.
