New 81 Mythic Sword Vs Aegis Pros & Cons

Hi,
Like to consider buying either one but not sure which one is much worthy.
I have tried the sword but it only marks a single attack.
Would appreciate some constructive feedbacks:rugby:

For me, sword is good 1v1 boss, especially to new global bosses. Aeg in the order hand is also magnificent 1shotting mobs when the vortex aura procs. The downside of aeg is that after the update, it is harder to proc. I personally used it running DM given its proc chance isnt frequent and I can still switch to my gl hotbar. Overall, it depends really on your playstyle.

Ive tested the mythic aegis but i noticed that it only kills 2 targets max in a pool of mobs.I have used Doz Axe/shog AA to a much faster kills.But i agree with u in the sword's power with em bosses.Combine with ulti almost all bosses were one-shot kills

Both weapons are pretty good for boss fights, shield deals lower amount of dmg but hits 2 targets which can be helpful in boss fights with enemies besides main boss while sword is ideal for boss fights where the boss is all alone, it deals high amounts of dmg to melt boss quickly, of you're thinking of getting any of these weapons remember that they're only suitable for boss fights, will have hard time fighting groups of mobs, rather use Dozer axe for that nonetheless shield can be useful for small groups 4-6enemies since, if u time it correctly, can do up to 3 hits with drown effect during proc.
