I filled out 2 different car insurance free plat offers and went through a day of phone calls...I did fins out I can save 20-30 bucks a month witch is awesome but at the same time no free plat for it I did the whole didn't receive my plat thing and still nothing not even an email!! Kinda disappointed!

I have also downloaded so many apps... But still no free plat.. Should have around +20 or so...
I opened and played them for a long time too

i dont know...i play on ios and there is no more free offers(there only were 2 to begin with)

Still no email still no respond to this by anyone who can help....wow this game really cares about its players....hmm I guess I could just tell the insurance companies they are spending their money on this game for no reason cause people don't get the rewards....I know they will atleast stop cause that gives them a bad name....

many of the apps dont work for me. but some do on the other hand. it was much better when apps could be downloaded from pl instead of going to the tapjoy website. most of the apps would work when they were downloaded from pl. same issue with dl, very few apps actually give u ur free plat

The pathetic part is that they don't even respond to you...horrible customer service and they are also making the insurance companies look bad....word of mouth is the best advertising it can make or in this case break a company.....pathetic

You have to go to Tapjoy.com and sign up with the same email.
If you have already signed up, the log in and go to "My Apps". Front where, click "Star Legends" and proceed to download the apps that say "Install and Run".
Back to the point.
Free plat offers aren't handled by STS, they're handled by Tapjoy. Go to the free plat offers section ingame and go to the "Missing Plat". Fill out a report and you should receive your plat.
If you don't, do as I said above (the tapjoy.com part) and do that.
