ads bugged

i cant see ads on my guest account i restarted games like 2-3 times and its still broken what should i do? i connected to gmail but it didnt worked too.Should i connect facebook? (sorry for my bad english)

Account needs to be a few weeks old I think for you to be able to watch ads. Not exactly sure but I think there have been similar posts made.
