Honestly I have not noticed any price differentials lately with the economy. If items are rising then that means people are farming maps more often with the new mythics since they are fun to use which results in more gold being made. I am able to 1 shot the dragon in dm with my sword using ulti, I have wiped all 5 bosses in under 2 mins with the sword so thats my only theory. Take a look at the lv 81 map bars, they are filling up way faster than they were before so maps are being ran a lot more.

its simple math ,group of people will say that a item cost 250m . other people who have that item will wait for its confirmation and will say yes it does because they will be profited if its price is actually true . now those who had it wont sell because they see the potential on it and will wait for future, hoping to see its price reaching 500m . now demands get high because everyone wants to have expensive item with them either to flex or for self satisfaction ,but supply will be zero since none will sell until they are broke . then people will see other people wanting to buy it ,once a particular amount of time passes with 250m(fake price) it becomes the actual price . lie until its become true

Very few items tripled in price, very few items dropped by 2/3 of its price too btw. Deep marsh is an insane gold loot farm atm. Expansion maps are quite fast with mythics. Cakes add few gold to economy too. Manipulation is a thing but looks like pathetic attempts to me.

This has always been the case with these gold mine events, similar to previous years' booty events, in which inflation rates of mostly vanities were significantly raised in such a short timeframe.

15000 minutes or 250 hours or 10 days of full time running.

Mind you 10 days out of 14 without sleep or eating or essentials.

There is NO STS rule or limit against buying multiple vanitys for future sales and big profits. People are just angry that they didnt grind enough gold or have the vision that others did to make these investments.

Bro people can only be patient with relatively common items (i.e. they can wait other sellers to sell like in the case of loots from locks, most people are quite patient to wait till end of event to buy tho there are still some who would buy thinking that it won't fall more.)

If an item is rare, people would want to grab it as fast as they can because they know price would rise even more if they don't grab it now, especially with LB vanities. It's like if they wait, they may be fighting with more buyers in the future as supply is decreasing (as more ppl hold on to them and refused to sell) and demand is rising.

Sent from my MAR-LX1A using TapatalkI think it was a sarcastic reply. With 830gl awakes with 470ms, all lixed up, while doing one of the most efficient pulls, I was doing 420k-500k/10mins solo. And Upto 4.5m in an organized group along with 400ms+ users as well.

So I don't know where the other ppl here get their figures from, very exaggerated.

The large base of players who continually farm evg simply left the game, all these people are the ones who had the most coveted items of recent times, including aura, vanitys, etc. they sold and bought items and moved the market.
Blaming jarl is silly, it was just a gl event after a month dead. Even in evg people got much more gold in less time and every 2 days, for more than 1 year.
The real problem here is that half of the farmer base left the game, because they have nowhere to farm. And this makes the job easier for price manipulators, as you call them, who have always existed. Since there are no items to spend with, the people who have these items just keep it.
In short, people have gold but the market does not move, or does not move as fast as it used to, even gears are obsolete and are worth nothing, so it is easy to arm yourself with little gold.
Also with so much mindless gold the pressure is on those coveted auras, vanitys or items.

Inflation is when the energy kits costed between 30k-60k 7 years ago and now they are at 90-120k. That’s an inflation. There you can see that the gold ingame increases. But when an item like aura rises 30m over night its not at all inflation it’s manipulation.

I used to tell people to check how much items are worth on forum before they buy/sell anything.

Looking it now, i wouldn't recommend noone to do that, until all these gold gonna sink (from jarl event) with the next awake event.

I don't believe people are running DM due to the fact that gl sets are more cheap now then they used to be when they were released last year. That's total cap.

IMHO i see shady a** forum accounts selling and buying stuff, and 2 hours later you just an update from OP how much they sold their item. And that's how you set a price for an item.

I wish we could link forum offers with our game assets, if you offer 200m, you must have 200m in game (for 24hours)
